Toledo, OHThis multi-purpose 8,000-seat community arena is home to hockey and arena football, and hosts basketball tournaments, concerts and other entertainment events. The mechanical design included a cogeneration design integrating (4) 65 kW gas fired microturbine with 100 tons of associated waste heat absorption cooling. LEED Gold certified.
Madison Square Garden
New York, NYThe Garden is undergoing an $850M renovation in three phases, with work being conducted through the off-seasons to minimize disruption. The facility will remain operational throughout the NHL and NBA. When complete the legendary arena will have improved sightlines and seating, more first-class food and entertainment amenities, a dynamic new scoreboard, sound and video system, new suites and clubs.
Winnipeg, CanadaNew 15,000-seat multipurpose events facility features club seats, private suites, party suites, skywalks, and concessions.
Atlanta, GAProvided complete MEP and special systems design for this new $170 million arena for professional hockey and concert events. Our team analyzed using district heating and cooling vs. on-site generation, as well as third party financing of the central plant with a lease back scenario. The facility includes an electronic display system with 360-degree video boards, an eight-sided scoreboard, an advanced in-arena production studio, press box, locker room, and weight room.
Kansas City, MOThis 18,000-seat arena includes a 50,000 sf museum, full NBA and NHL build out, 80 suites and three main public concourses. The firm designed complete MEP, security, architectural lighting, tele/data and concession systems.
Los Angeles, CAThe 20,000-seat multi-purpose arena is home to the Los Angeles Lakers, Kings, Clippers and Avengers. Services included complete MEP and sports lighting design for the arena which features 160 luxury suites, clubs and premier studio and post-production spaces. The project includes an 80,000 sf administrative wing.
The O2 Arena
London, UKFull MEP design for the complete development, including the enhancement of the Greenwich Peninsula utility infrastructure. The seating arrangement can be modified and the floor can be changed between ice rink, basketball court, exhibition space, conference, private hire, and concert venue. The project comprises a 23,000-seat arena, 2000-seat night club, 65,000 sf exhibition building, 22 restaurants, 15 bars, 10 retail units, and an 11 screen cinema.
XCEL Energy Center
St. Paul, MNScope of work included complete MEP and special systems design for this new $170 million multipurpose arena. Home to the Minnesota Wild, this NHL hockey team boasts theirs is one of the best ice floors in the NHL due to the precision of the temperature and humidity controls design. The facility includes an advanced production studio, state-of-the-art electronic display system and scoreboard.
