This project is a new $20 million arena and Human Performance Center to be constructed for the University of Northern Iowa. The multi-use arena will be home to Panther Men and Women's Basketball, Volleyball and Wrestling. The facility will include retractable bleachers, green rooms, underground connection to the UNI-Dome and will host events such as concerts, trade shows, other entertainment events, high school basketball and volleyball tournaments and receptions. M-E Engineers, Inc. is providing the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems design.
