Gut renovation of 80,000 sq.ft of existing space at the J.P. Morgan building to construct new office space for a consortium of not-for-profit companies. Work includes new HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, standpipe, power, lighting and telecom systems. The project received LEED Silver certification.
